He began his professional career at Yaeger Architecture (formerly Devine deFlon Yaeger) in Kansas City, Missouri. While at Yaeger, he worked on projects of varied types and sizes but with an emphasis on religious, corporate and hospitality projects. In , Mr. Michell was given an opportunity to join a growing team at Wilson Estes Police Architects, growing to be the senior project manager in the firm and is involved in the management for virtually all projects undertaken. With a detailed knowledge of the unique characteristics of public safety facilities, Paul brings an understanding of the details necessary for the development of a successful public safety project.
